Hey guys! As you may be aware, this is your Palhoncho speaking. So, apparently we're supposed to wait 24 hours before starting the community.

In the meantime, though, I'd like to think of names for our comm. As far as I know, the current names for the ship are Dunkin' Donuts, Cat in the Hat, and S.S. Le Sign. Those names could be incorporated, or we could come up with something entirely new! Are there any ship names you found particularly interesting, or just any plain old name suggestions for our comm?

I've also seen it be refered to as grapefruit?? But I think we should go for something with more of a fun originality to it.

Unfortunately, naming things is not one of my skills. I usually get to the end of a finished piece and spend more time trying to think of a name than working on it. Hence the asking.

I usually prefer to go for 'S.S. Le Sign' as far as shipping names. That one's probably the most fitting, but who knows... someone might come up with the perfect comm name.

Personally, I'm a fan of SS Le Sign -- I think it's pretty well known and distinctive, without being overwhelmingly cutesy. (Although as I am typing this wearing a Roxy shirt, I ... am willing to admit to a certain bias toward everything she types, heh.)

Mostly I'm just really excited to get this party started!

Le Sign has always actually been my favourite, too. If we can't think of anything super original and awesome, we'll probably go for that one since it makes the most sense (Though I agree with you on a certain amount of bias here. I adore Roxy.)

Sunset's an interesting thought. I'll keep that in mind and try to think of things to incorporate that, because it's nice mental imagery! I think right now everyone's leaning towards S.S. Le Sign.

I need to draw this. Like, Dirk and Roxy lounging on the deck of a sort of down-scaled cruise ship sailing off into the sunset, with SS Le Sign on the side. Roxy has a martini and Dirk has a glass of apple juice and they just clink glasses with their ridiculous smirks and everything is magical.
